Official Oneida County court information comes from several sources. Wisconsin Circuit Court Access provides public case summaries, while the Oneida County Clerk of Circuit Court maintains the court file in Rhinelander. This privately operated resource sorts those roles and directs readers to the official search, court office, or request route suited to a docket, hearing, or document need.

Why We Built This Site

Finding a public docket is only the first step. WCCA displays searchable summaries and calendars, but it does not replace the official file held by the Oneida County Clerk of Circuit Court. Oneida's two circuit branches schedule and hear proceedings. Probate, juvenile, appellate, and federal matters can require a different recordkeeper or database. The site organizes those boundaries, contacts, search options, and copy-request paths for Oneida County readers.

  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners
